PadLeaders: Pad Pages and an Agent Directory, from the Founder of AgentCOS

PadLeaders: a Pad Page and a directory spot for real estate agents

PadLeaders gives a real estate agent one verified Pad Page, with a QR code, that links to every place they are online, plus a spot in the PadLeaders directory, with only 4 Pad Leaders per city. It comes from Brian Lee Burke, the founder of AgentCOS. AgentCOS gives your clients the numbers; PadLeaders gives them one trusted place to find you.

Three things, one place

One Pad Page

A single verified page with a QR code that links to every place you are online: website, reviews, social profiles and listings.

Only 4 per city

A spot in the PadLeaders directory. Only 4 Pad Leaders per city or area, first come, first served.

Trust Verified

Every member is checked against one published standard: active license, no public disciplinary action, real reviews and facts that match.

Founding 100

The first year free for the first 100 agents*

PadLeaders is opening with 100 founding spots, and only 4 Pad Leaders per city or area, first come, first served. Founding members get their first year of a Pad Page free, with no card needed to apply. Members are checked against the PadLeaders Trust Verified standard before they are accepted, so not every agent gets in.

The number of spots left changes as agents join; padleaders.com shows the current count.

*Free for the first year, then $99 a year if you keep it. Each extra city or area is $49 a year. Terms and the Trust Verified standard are on padleaders.com.

How it fits with AgentCOS

AgentCOS builds client reports and publishes the market numbers agents quote. PadLeaders is about being found and trusted: one page that pulls together your reviews, profiles and listings. Use them together or on their own; neither requires the other.

AgentCOS and PadLeaders are both owned by Brian Lee Burke, a Colorado real estate broker licensed since 2003. Trust Verified means a member met the published PadLeaders criteria on the last check date; it is not an endorsement or a guarantee of results.
